A really lovely way to end my christmas. Absolutely stunning place, free parking, brilliant staff. Large unit with an electric kettle and glassware. Paid £ 81. Amazing location adjacent to three pubs, one tearoom and a shop, and the well thought out garden, outstanding food.

Lovely location down to the estuary, very comfortable facilities. Based near a most attractive and well-kept garden, Exeter, Exmouth and Torquay, and three pubs. Marvellous and superb breakfast for the start of the day with fresh local ingredients expertly cooked and many smiles, for instance.
